The Mill has set up a Soil & Water Testing Lab. in the Mill premises for testing the soil & water of the farmers, free of cost.

The Mill has also started mobile Moist Hot Air Cane Seed Treatment Plant facility to the farmers for their treatment of cane seed before sowing.

BIOLOGICAL LABORATORY

To save the sugarcane crop from pest and insects, the Shahabad Coop. Sugar Mill has installed a Biological Laboratory in which parasites are being given to cane growers free of cost.

LOAN FOR CANE DEVELOPMENT

Interest Free Loan is provided to sugarcane farmer for purchase of sugarcane seeds and subsidies pesticides are also given to farmers.During the crushing season the farmers are allowed to collect monetary vouchers and coupans against their cane supply which they can utilize for purchasing fuel i.e.petrol, diesel and lubricants from the Mills petrol pump and other material from the Kisan Sewa Kendra. The following of these monetary vouchers is attached in the next cane payment due. So the farmers are not required to carry cash for purchasing of above mentioned items from mills petrol pump and Kisan Sewa Kendra.

KISAN SEWA KENDRA

To provide best quality fertilizers, seeds, pesticides & insecticides to the growers, the mill has started Kisan Sewa Kendra where growers can buy these items on the rates cheaper than the market rates. The mills provide this facility on no profit no loss basis.

The Mill has also installed a Petrol Pump for the convenience of the farmers. Where farmer get Dieselon loan basis
