The Registrar Cooperative Societies(Sugar Mills)
has sanctioned the staff strength for 5000 TCD plant. As per sanctioned staff strength, the break-up of the approved staff strength (department wise) is as under :-
The Mill has 105 residential quarters and 50 dormitories for its employees. There is also a modern canteen in the Mills premises where the facilities of tea, meal etc. are available for workers.
In addition to that, the Mill is also providing various facilities to the workers like dress, bonus, ex-gratia, encashment of earned leave,
gratuity, sugar at subsidy rate as per state/center goverment rules.
